Description & History

Glenlake was established in 1979, with the first houses being built in 1980. The subdivision started with Phase 1, but Phases 2, 2A, and 3, the Drummond Addition, River Pointe and Panther Hollow were all added over subsequent years. Inclusive of these areas, we are currently at about 90% build-out. In total, there are 186 lot owners with 18 lots still undeveloped at this time. The neighborhood contains approx. 165 households and 450 residents including 115 children.
